Lawyer for landlord & tenant dispute?

Can anyone recommend a lawyer for a landlord & tenant dispute? We will probably need to litigate as the gentle approach hasn't worked, so we need a lawyer who won't drop the ball. Thanks.

If the amount involved is less than $50,000 then you can try small claims tribunal. They are fast and it cost only $50 to put a claim. Check the following link:

By the way, I had great success with them on a lnadlord tenant dispute sometime back.

Yes if your case goes to the small claims court the landlord can rent the apartment in the meantime providing it is vacant of course.
