mid-levels

Is it recommended to buy or rent in the area at this time, keeping in view the property prices and mortgage rates.

If buying, what part of mid-levels is good and reasonable. Is it better to go for old ones or relatively newere ones? Any buildings that you would recommend?

Thanks for the help.

Buy a unit with added value.

Such as :

> it's already renovated with a move in condition.

> it has a balcony, terrace or rooftop.

> has a carpark with a separated share where you can later on sell the property, yet keep the carpark ...

if you need more info, send me a message and we'll discuss further.
