Is Conduit Road better than Jardine Lookout? For self stay? or For investment return?

Hi Patrick & Dadda,
Great comments. I am torn between 2 units which I intend to purchase. Both are "older" development with the old touch with refurbished building. Both are just away from the main road. Quiet and Serene. Conduit one is bigger. Jardine one is smaller but with a view. Toss the coin? Comments?

For investment returns: expat tenants prefer bright flats that are centrally-located, have good views, and are easily accessible.
