Illegal structures

i am interested to hear a defintive answer to our problem on a potentially structured wall in our flat.

we spoke with many people - interior designers, property agents, contractors, etc. - but everyone's answer seems to be a different one.

here's some data:

- the wall is 75mm thick and separates the master bedroom from the ensuite bathroom. the property agent (centaline) floorplan is very vague but the wall seems slightly thicker (as a line on the plan) than other walls which can be removed for sure.

- the property management company (sun hung kei) says it's not a structural wall.

- the floorplan from the building department (obtained from Pioneer Bldg in Mong Kok) indicates zero difference to other non-structural walls in the same flat

- one interior designer (call him A) says he called the building department and the feedback (within 2 days) was that it is a structural wall as it's reinforced concrete

A might have an interest to declare it a structural wall as in such a case we would more likely give the project to him. however i can hardly believe he makes this up just to convince us to go with him.

i would like to know for sure what is the deal but i am unsure who to trust and how to get a definitive answer.

anyone can help and give some pointers?

ok i got the solution for the record:

went to a professional architect and got the advice to obtain the so-called Framing Plan of my flat. This provides the definitive answer...

...which I am very happy about :)

actually i spoke to a registered structural engineer who told me that the framing plan is the place to look and after checking that one he confirmed the (non-)existence of the structural wall
