Anybody buy a flat at Lake Silver? What are your thoughts?

Lake Silver is an overpriced human warehouse. Be very wary, it's being sold as complete sea view, etc, etc. The reality is there is another development going up which will not only block views but will result in a couple of years of construction noise and dust that goes with it. Not a great place to buy.
