I just bought an apartment at Happy Valley but I’m going to leave Hong Kong for couple of months, I plan to lease it after renovation and the work still needs a month to go. I’ve asked my realtor to follow the renovation but it seems and I’ve been told that she has no obligation to work in this area, her duty has finished by the completion of the deal, is she right? If so, is there any RELIABLE agency or management company who can help. And how much the charge? Stefen

She is indeed correct, her time and the costs are to cover the sales transaction and do not go further. What you do with the apartment after that is up to you.
Not sure about a management company to follow up renovations, maybe an independent real estate agent could give you contact details of a contractor who may oversee for you.
