It will be very pricey given that it's near the new MTR (I think).

But that's a good thing. Just think of owning Star Street when it was first built.

Frozenturkey. Yes I would buy if I had the cash. However, the owners of Star Street were underwater for about 8 years before they made good. Also, not sure about whether First Street qualifies for the Mid-levels school network.
