I want to build a website, and started using iweb. How can I change the domain name to what I like? Do I need to register/buy somewhere? How much? Any companies do this in Hong Kong?

Ilovesamui, building a website isnt easy.You have to have knowledge of html + css and some other stuff. For domain name, you have to pay to register it.You can buy online.Thats what i did.I can recommend you more on this.

Ilovesamui, if it's a personal site to update family and friends, instead of creating a website, how about creating a blog using wordpress.com or blogger.com. They're easy to use and update.
