Renovations...

Hi all


Im taking possession of a reasonably new (<10 year old) apartment in mid-levels in the next few weeks


I'm thinking about some basic renovations

- knocking down a wall between the kitchen and living room to open up the space

- maybe some small changes to the bathroom (replace a bath with a shower cubicle) or kitchen (replace the bench top)


Wondering if people have had experience with basic renovations and would have a sense of how long it would take? Also any best guesses on prices in hk?


Also any recommendations for good, reliable contractors who can meet a time deadline?
