What's it like to live in this area in terms of air quality, convenience, quality of bldgs, transport, etc? Would appreciate it if anyone have experience with properties such as Pacific Palisades, Braemar Mansion, Seaview Garden, Beverley Heights, Evelyn Towers etc. Thanks!

depends where you work...if you work in Quarry Bay I would say this is a great alternative to mid levels central and you get more space too...downside is far from the MTR and it can be hard to get taxis in peak hour depends on where you live I guess. If you need to go to Central then it's pretty quick if you drive. Air quality is much the same as mid levels I think. Nicer open views though, and Jason supermarket is always easy to park and so is braemer hill p and s.

You could try the Fortress Garden development on top of the Fortress Hill MTR. You're high enough up to avoid the pollution; can walk to all the restaurants in Tin Hau and get numerous buses all over HK. Close to nearly every bank branch, post office and supermarkets. Not as high-end as Braemar Hill.
