Rights as tenant

Hi,

question to the group here.

I'm leaving end of the month Hong Kong and I rented a townhouse in Yuen Long. Last week my landlady delivered already furnitures to the place for storage for one month, WITHOUT any approval of me that I'll allow here to store them for one month. The furniture occupy one carpark in the garage area.

What are my rights as tenant here?

Can I request her to remove the furniture?

What to do if she's resistant to furniture removal?

We need to get that facts straight first .....is this YOUR car park that is rented by YOU as part of the tenancy...or it is the landlady's...if it is yours then you are paying rent for it and she is using it so OF COURSE you have a good right to ask her to move her stuff and/or ask her to compensate you for rent paid by you......what does the lease documents say about the car park??
