I am looking for a house/villa/apartment for 10 persons + 1 baby from around December 23rd to January 2nd or longer according to availability. All furnished with beddings and cooking equipment, maid room.

To be honest Petitcoaya, Bruce94 is not that far off the mark. We're talking about HK here, not Bali or Koh Samui. Most people who own housescertainly have no need to rent them out. What is your budget?

OK I understand. My budget would be up to 20k... Its really hard to find good price - short term housing for 10 persons in HK... Maybe in Lantau? Outlying islands? Do you have any recommendation?
