dilemma - serviced apt/breaklease?

After buying and living in our apartment for 6 months the renovations of the whole building are proving impossible to live with so we need to find somewhere for the next 4-6 months to spend our time.


The issues are we have 2 large (ish) dogs who need an area to exercise in (ie, we don't want to be in the centre of town) and a baby (7 months) who still sleeps a lot during the day. And I'd like somewhere quiet (ie, no renovations going on!).


Most serviced aparments are very central and although they may take pets they aren't that suitable for large dogs.


Ideally we need somewhere at least 800 sq ft, furnished in a good dog walkign location, but only for 4-6 months.


Any suggestions or anywhere particularly suitable?
