like bawlucks says, ask for atleast $3m. you can gauge where they are at after that and neg down if you have/want to. or just stay where you are if you are comfortable. good luck!

If you intend staying in HK, you'd be mad to sell. Where can you rent for under 5,000 dollars per month? HK$1 million in your pocket won't last long if you don't own the roof over your head.
