The Orchards or Les Saisons?

We're considering renting either a 2 BR or a 3 BR in either The Orchards or Les Saisons. Any advice on which is better for a young family? (We're going to have a baby in the fall) Also, does anyone know what's the lowest rent we can expect to pay for either buildings -- think it may be possible to get a 2BR for ~22K/mnth or ~25K/mnth for 3BR?

i think you will have a tough time getting that price for either of those places.

Les saisons in my opinion is in a nice location. right on the water. has some nice restaurants in soho east and a good promenade for walking the babe. also a nice park nearby at lei king wan. it is windy and there isnt a lot of bus/street pollution.


THe orchards are really nice as well with high ceilings, but youre in quite a busy area.


Definitely two good choices for east island hk. both have nice swimming pools. i would just go visit both and youll know which one is best for you and your family
