bought a house in clear water bay and need a good interior designer and contractor (preferably all in one).
- needs experience with village houses
- needs to come up with good creative and have the right skilled workers at hand
- needs to be available early July
we have a clear budget in mind; on first meeting I will expect to see a portfolio and template proposal to understand how project is charged. please post links or dm me with suggestions. many thanks.

I cannot recommend someone in clear water bay but I can recommend that you do not engage the services of WP Engineering as we used them to renovate our flat and ended up having to get the job completely re done!! They were / are no certified by the EMSD and used sub standard products in our home. I recently used Conceptech Interior Ltd for the design of my apartment, but they can also do the contracting work if you wish. They are very professional, and we are extremely pleased with the design. Ask to speak to Bonce (pronounced Boncy). You can do a search on the internet and find them. Whether or not they are rexperienced in village houses is a question you can ask them. Goodluck!
