On average how much is it possible to negotiate down the advertised rent/

I know this depends greatly on the landlord, the economic conditions and a host of other issues but any clues?

BTW, looking at Sai Kung area and wishing to pay $30K ish.

i think anything up to 30% is possible. really depends on who you hit
