In many countries, if you buy a property you can get it managed by an agent, who collects rent, deals with repairs, etc.


Does such a service exist in HK?

I assume that there would be someone out there that does, but at a price.... In Hong Kong, generally what happens is you go to an agent, they get you a tenant, both parties pay a fee and that's it.

Thanks for trying to assist. From the website, this company seems to be trying to do all sorts of things - work visas, TM registrations, even website design. Its looks (with all due respect) from the language used, like a group of entreprenuerial Indians based in HK who have tried to set up a business offering a wide range of activities.


What I am after is really a person of company the specializes purely in managing investment properties in HK for people who own here but live overseas.

thanks Topol, very useful information. I am a property investor back in nz, and still find out the property investment market in HK here. I am wondering if buy and hold strategy works in HK? would like to know more property investors from here.
