We're a family living and working as missionaries in HK. We're looking for a short term house sit or rental in either Kowloon or the NT from 1 September while we are in between properties.

Does anyone know if there are properties available for missionaries or do you know of anyone needing responsible housesitters?

You may be able to get short-term rental in Discovery Bay. Short-term rental and house-sitting not really a Hong Kong thing. You have to be mega rich to have a house. September also the end of summer break with most people returning to work. Unsure why your church is not funding this.

Our family has stayed two times now with the nice folks at Read More and we recommend Discovery Bay especially if you have kids or if you are going to Disneyland. It’s also brilliantly located near the airport with access to Central from the ferry. Highly recommended!
