Not easy.

I think $15K, implies maybe A $5 million or less price, and $18k implies maybe $6 million or less. Hard to do a 3BR with so little money, and so the rents are going to be higher than that - simple economics.


You might be able to find something in an older building somewhere.

Just go and take the trip, then talk to agents. No better way to find out (unless somebody in this forum recently did it).
