Hi Ozteo, I am moving from my current apartment in Jaffe Road (Wanchai) from July 1st, it is 350 sf apartment, fully furnished and honestly, very nice. My rental contract ends by August by I want to ask my landlord to end it by end of June, that´s why I am looking for somebody to rent it from July. I currently pay 8k/month, I guess my landlord will increase the new lease a little bit, but even 8,5k is a great price in this area!
