I am moving out of my apartment in early December. I could ask my landlord if they are willing. When do you plan to arrive and how much were you planning to pay?

"anyone knew of agencies willing to rent for this period of time..."

AGENCIES?
It is a strange word to find at that part of the sentence,
where I would have expected to find the word: "Landlord"

Agencies will love collecting their fees every six months.

The landlords will have paying them.

Your best chance is if a landlord spots your add, and for some reason wants such a short term tenancy. The problem the LL has, is they will have multiple tenants, and have to find a new one in just six months.

My suggestion to improve your chances:

+ Offer to pay the full amount in cash in advance, or:
+ Have just one person (with the strongest credit) sign the lease
+ Look for ways you can contact LL's direct, so there will be no agency fees to pay

What are your requirements, in terms of:
Place, Furniture, etc

Hi,

there is a place where they rent it out for 6 months.
However, it has only one room...fully furnished with TV, washing machine, free Wifi, kitchen, fridge, toilet and a balcony.
you can email her at claire.p.dimla@gmail.com
