Soon I will be moving to HK and will be working with an Insurance Company.
Could anyone please guide what tax exemptions I can avail to cut tax cost on income.

Tax deductions are specific to each taxpayer based on his/her circumstance. Your question is too general.
As an expat, I think housing allowance arrangement is one of the tax things you can think of, but you have to first talk to your employer whether they can/ are willing to do the necessary arrangements for you.
