Can I charge tenants for one month's rent. There must be someone out there who can help me. (We had to call in the police to have them evicted...flat was filthy, sofa was used as a chamber pot - appalling stuff - other tenants were harrassed and abused) ) We are out of pocket due to all the repairs. Will be taking them to Small Tribunal Court later on.

You can only charge them for the overstayed period ie 2 weeks, then you can only charge them 2 weeks.
The damage to the property is a separate claim.
