CM+ Hotels & Serviced Apartments, located in the Financial District, the heart of Central and Sheung Wan (Sheung Wan MTR Station exit C), is the Group’s first hotels and serviced apartments in Hong Kong. It consists of two towers in North and South with 135 rooms. North Tower opened in 2016, offers 54 full harbour view deluxe rooms, Studio & One Bedroom with sizes 706 sq. ft.
The newly developed South Tower offers 81 harbour view and city view deluxe rooms, Studio sizes 630-655 sq ft, One Bedroom sizes 646-750 sq ft and Two Bedroom sizes 1412 sq. ft.
