Most 3-BR units in Caribbean Coast fetch for at least 9k.


For your budget for 6k, maybe you can find a nice 2-BR number..

Annebin is right, you won't find a 3br in CC for $6k though you should be able to find one for high $7k-low $8k. For sure you'll be able to find a 2br at the price you want.
