Local Mover Recommendations Please?

We are moving from Mid Levels to Causeway Bay and looking for a recommendation on someone to move all our furniture (with care) and any heavy household items. Most of the threads on this are quite old so looking for any referrals for a mover used more recently. They can be totally local and we are looking to do this as cheaply as possible, but obviously want care to be taken with the furniture. By the way, anyone got a ball park figure on how much it should be to move furniture from a 1,100 square foot apartment?
