A few weekd ago I got an e-mail from my landlord with the following message
"Referring to the Licence Agreement dated 5 May 2006 regarding your house, the original purpose is for gardening or for recreation purpose and for domestic purpose is legally not allowed by the Government.
Would you have ways and means to turn your house into gardening or recreation purpose before the government officials would visit the site?"
Now I have found a new place and want to move out in at the end of October. But my landlord will not budge on the 2 months notice and wants me to pay rent until end of November as per the tenancy agreement.
What I want to know, is the tenancy agreement still legal even though the government says the house should not be rented for residential purposes.
Has anyone any works of wisdom for me.
Regards Ger.
