I am planning to invest in some old coloniel houses in the N.T and am seeking a hard working property agent to assist.
I plan to invest approx HK$20 million in each project, i.e purchase price, fees and construction costs.
The idea is to secure old buildings that are no longer used, restore them to a high spec and sell.
I have already identified 2 properties and hope to make the purchases in the coming 2 months, however the agent that I am currently using seems to be lacking motivation and things are taking longer than I planned, as a result I have dismissed the agent and would like to hear from other English speaking "motivated" agents who would like to be involved.
