Re-locating to HK for 3 years

I will probably be moving to Hong Kong March to June 2006.


I have 3 children 3mths to 5yrs and have certain doubts about housing.

I am concerned that it may be difficult to find suitable accomadation for the family. I have a budget of around $HK 30000.

It is most likely that my children will attend the french lycée ( they are french mother tongue ) if I can get a place, so would want to be fairly close to the school as I will be travelling a lot and my wife will be taking the children to school.


I am likely to be able to get 3/4 bedroomed accomadation for this price range and in what areas?


Also, it will be important for my wife to get involved in some social activites with french/english women ( she will not be working ) what woudl be recommendations for the french/english ex pat communities?


Any help or advice would be welcome on all these issues.
