Can anyone recommend a solicitor who deals with village houses. I am buying one in Sai Kung. Also, could I get a rough estimate of charges as I have been quoted hugely different prices by different lawyers and am not sure what the going rate is!

I was living in a village before but my family become bigger now so I transferred to a bigger house and I found this property sunshine coast, it's really amazing being there, living with family,so enjoyable. Though the cost of it is quite big but its fine as long as I was comforted.
