I have a million peso in the Philippines that I would like to exchange into HKD and deposit in the bank here. What is the best way to do this without losing its value in forex. The way I see it with the local banks I will lose roughly 40k HKD.

I Use Mercury-FX.com, they do all foreign exchange transfers at much better rates than the banks. I saved HKD 6,000 when I transferred some GBP recently
