Park island

I am currently in central and after 4 years I would like to move somewhere a little quieter. I have no kids and me and my partner have been thinking about Park Island.


Does anyone know of any good agents? what sort of price should we be paying for 1500 sq foot with balcony ( or thereabouts)and most importantly what is the place actually like to live in??

Park Island is very resort like. It can be a tad quiet as well. Lots of dogs. For about 1500, you'll be looking at about 13K and above. I like Park Island a lot. Don't think I could live elsewhere in HK. Oh..you do have to think about the transport factor as well
