Agent for serviced apt??

Im arriving shortly & have read some negatives re the agents and people getting ripped off!

Is there someone out there who knows of any reputable agencies?...Im actually looking for a serv apt in or around Quarry Bay,Tin Hau...North Point.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

Why are you thinking of using an agent for a serviced apartment? For a serviced apartment, approach the company itself.

You may try Pacific Palisades at Braemar Hill, North Point. They have a leasing dept within the estate.

Thanks for the replies...yes I've looked at properties on this site. I very interested in your agent Pine & you're right re: them negotiating on the clients behalf as the companies are usually acting on behalf of the landlord.
