In HK high-end villa will be in the super-luxury sector which is currently in bubble territory in my view (unlike mass residential). As for hotel development, we are talking tycoon territory so you need to speak to messrs Kadoorie and Li Ka-shing. As China grows, then so will HK however there are bound to be loads of blips on the way.
