what can anyone tell me about living in tung chung (as a temparary practical beginning to a new life in HK, my husband's a pilot). i heard i can get short lease rents? we have a little boy of 2. I know about the high pollution rate. Is it a decent place for a start, while we look about at where we'd eventually like to settle? tx

You might want to also try Discovery Bay. Apparently a lot of pilots and their families live there. People who live in DB tend to like it a lot. Of course nothing is so far anywhere in HK. I know 2 pilots living on HK Island, which would be my first choice.
