Does anyone have any experiance with buying a brand new (western style) village house in South Lantau? I'm trying to learn about the the property market before we make a purchase.


How firm are sellers these days when it comes to the asking price? Is there a rule of thumb as far as how much we should offer?


What percentage (is any) should I expect to see between the purchase price and the bank valuation?
