Recommendation for contractor/designer

We are in the midst of a sizeable renovation and have just discovered that we have been double charged and overcharged for items to the tune of about 500k. We are looking for someone to take over the project. Can anyone recommend a good designer and or contractor who might be able to help. The project is based in Sai Kung and was originally scheduled to run for another 5 weeks. Thanks!
