would be interested in hearing thoughts on buying in DB...would you make as much money as buying a smaller place on HK island do you think? property seems like a decent deal in DB but then the prices are pretty high - not far off 97 prices - so will it ever get any higher?

Prices in DB are really starting to take off now, I think it may be the IB school being built. I wouldn't say prices have peaked - the word is it will do soon
