Anyone able to recommend a rental agent??

I'm looking to rent a 1 bedroom apt, on the island or in Kowloon, close to MTR, budget HK$7000-8000.


The problem is that most of the internet listings are well in excess of my budget. However I am assured by many posts on this site that properties within my budget "do exist". Can anyone recommend a rental agent that they have had good experiences with so that I can locate such a property?!

In the absence of any replies (again! are my questions too difficult?) I tried several agents and found a couple of good ones. I actually ended up signing through Centaline (though it was a regular office I came across on the street, not the relocations dept) and they were very helpful re: negotiating with the landlord and organising the contracts.
