I saw the advertisement in the Standard about m-city. They had a showroom over the week-end but I couldn't make it. Do you think that buying a flat in this building is a good idea? How is the market for luxury housing in KL? I think there is a maximum one can borrow, right? Any restrictions on the sale of flats and the export of capital?

At RM-1200 per sf, I don't think it is cheap enough
and it is not (yet) near an MRT / LRT stop.
One is planned, but it may not be completed until 2020-2021

KLCC prices are now about RM-1500 New, but the market is well oversupplied,
and prices in the secondary market will be cheaper
and
You can get something new and nice and near a convenient LRT stop at RM-600 psf
(and this would be choice)
