Can anyone please recommend me a good housing agent in Tung Chung? I need someone who speaks English and knows the Tung Chung property market well. Thanks!

I can highly recommend Juliet Chan (6200 4848) at Ricacorp properties in Caribbean Coast's shopping complex. She was great her English is excellent and she couldn't of been more patient and helpful if she tried. PM me if you need any more info

I passed this number to one of my employees looking for a place in Tung Chung who called and unfortunately the person on the other end didn't speak any English, well apart from Ricacorp. Couldn't even leave a message.............so suppose out of luck on that lead! From what I hear the Centaline people at Citygate all speak English, shouldn't be too hard to find their number.

They called and then I called, both from mobiles so checked and both dialled correctly. Just lango canto the other end, although they did say Ricacorp! Actually my employee has spoken to a few agents today over in Tung Chung. Not a helpful bunch at all. Out of the big 4 only one spoke English and didn't want to be bothered with providing details of what's available. Obviously they are all enjoying the high life there and not having to work as hard as other agents in HK!

If that's any help, as i said she was great and showed us around allot of properties and negotiated for us well. We ended up buying a place that we went to look at to rent.

Thanks for the number. The guy here has given up on the idea of Tung Chung now as he believes ha cannot get any real help there and is now looking elsewhere. Such a shame agents are like that sometimes!
