Lands Dept Notice

My flat is plced right above the West MTR contruction in Sai Wan. Today I found a notice from LD stating 'Creation Of Rights Of Temprary Occupation Of Underground Strata Of Land' (stated level 0.0 meter above Principal Datum and level of 28.00 meters above Principal Datum ???)


Seems that they will be building the tunnel right below my place, My question is if anyone knows what disruption is likely? I called LD but can't seem to find anyone to answer this simple question which concerns me.


My lease is up in 2 months and I'd like to stay but it depends on how this will affect me. I will move if I have to suffer continued drilling any more than now (outside the flat too...)
