Does anyone have any thoughts about living here? We are just about to sign up to rent....

I live there and would be happy to answer any questions you have and you are welcome to come see my place if you want to. The location is great, the doormen are very atentive and I really like living there. We are in and A apartment on a high floor so there is a real feeling of space with the expansive views. On the downside the pool is still not open and I'm becoming doubtful if it ever will be and like all the apartmetns I saw in HK the layout of the apartment could be done so much better. When you look at the apartments take note that there is absolutely no storage - no closet, not even a cutlery drawer. Most of the kitchen cupboards are tiny with pipes going through them and the cooktop takes up all the bench space but there are ways to overcome these things. There are also no blinds or curtains in ours.

I have been looking at flat 'B' offered through "Hookers" property for only HK$17,000.00 per month incl. It was on the 10th floor if I am not mistaken. The view nice and green and most important quiet and brand new. For that price range I think its very worth it. Stefan
