rent in HK

Hi a recently moved to a serviced apartment in Causeway Bay. I was wondering is there a peak or off peak period where the rental is cheaper?I am about to sign a long term lease so I would like to understand by bargaining position. Thanks

May I reccommend another apartment in Causeway Bay - I know the owners are looking for long term tenants and offer good discounts from asking price on their website for agreements over 6 months. I am staying in Studio 9 in Causeway Bay since 2 Jan until end of Jan. It's opposite Times Square (3 MTR stops from Central). The flat is not too big for my standards (I am quite a big man), but the room is set very functional - everything at hand, even fridge and safe box, TV with DVD and broadband Internet. They just launched it and it's brand new. I don't remember the website address, but you can try google: "9studios hong kong"


Affordable, quiet and lots of shops and restaurants just downstairs - I like it
