Hi
My company is sending me to HK for 3 months to work in the CityPlaza office (Taikoo Wan Road) and want me to stay in a serviced appartment at Grand Plaza Hotel, in Quarry Bay (??) I have absolutely no idea what the area is like, is there life there, will it be like staying in a hotel - is it an expat area ??? HELP !!! They are willing to pay HK$500 a night - are there nicer areas/places to stay - ANY RECOMMENDATIONS. Ideally I would like to feel like i am at home, and not have too long a journey to work

thanks for your reply - i think i have found something in the midlevel which seems to be quite nice - have told my company they'll have to shell out more money - but thanks for you reply !!
