Hi,


Anyone know what is being constructed in front of Phase 1 of Caribbean coast?

IS it noisy during the day and weekend?

When will they start adding height that it might ruin my sea view or sun light?

I am interested in renting there and I've seen a nice place on the 35th floor of tower 5 which seemed relatively quiet but I want to double check!

NO its not the public housing. Its a new private development that will go on sale next year - the public housing will be to the right of it as seen from Caribbean Coast.

Nobody knows how high it will be - prob about 40 floors - but it will block some of Phase 1 views.
