I think you should be asking the agents in your area.
Be sure to list with more than one.
If you offer your place a little over market, it may be on the market for months.
A little under, and you might get it rented in days.
An agent in your area should be able to tell you want the "market" rent is, better than people who browse here can. But talk to 2-3 (at least) to make sure you get a clear picture of the market rent
