looking for a house in NT - starting Aug

Hi,


Our family is relocating to HK - arriving August 3rd with no house yet.


Here are the vital statistics:

husband is working on Maonshan, I am in Taipo

yes, we are open to the possibility of buying a car

we have two daughters under the age of five

we will have to have room for a dh as well

we DO NOT want to live in a high rise

we would like to live close to the sea or mountains or both

we definitely want more than 750 square feet

we are both teachers so our budget would be below 15,000 a month

we need to be close enough to public transportation so our dh and youngest daughter can get out

we are open to living in Saikung, even right in the town

we are familiar with HK, having lived in GZ for many years, but not very familiar with the NT other than Saikung


We'd really appreciate any help we can get in helping us manifest the perfect place!


Also, if you have any estate agents you can recommend, we'd appreciate that!

You should have no problem finding a 700 sq foot village house flat with balcony and rooftop with your budget in the Sai Kung area but a duplex of 1400 sq ft will cost over $20K, village flats nearer Tai Po along Lam Kam road or toward Fanling are les$
