Across the UK and Spain, retailers are refusing to pay rent with one major landlord only able to collect 29% of rent due in the first quarter.
Anecdotally, I am aware of numerous businesses in Hong Kong that have stopped paying rent. And they are telling me the landlords are so far doing nothing.
